Our Visit to CHCH with the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce

Dataforge Canada recently joined the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce for a behind-the-scenes visit to CHCH in Hamilton, focused on community engagement, relationship building, and connecting with local institutions alongside fellow Chamber members.

Last week, we had the opportunity to visit CHCH the independent television station serving Hamilton and the surrounding Halton and Niagara regions.

This event was organized by the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce, and we were there as representatives of Dataforge Canada to focus on community engagement and relationship building.

The visit was very well organized, with a strong turnout from Chamber members. There was an easy, welcoming energy in the room that made conversation feel natural rather than forced. It was clear that a lot of care went into planning the visit, and that attention showed throughout the afternoon.

One of the highlights was being welcomed behind the scenes at CHCH. Getting a glimpse into how a local broadcaster operates day to day was genuinely interesting, and we appreciated the openness in allowing visitors to see how things work beyond what’s visible on air.

We’d like to extend a sincere thank you to the Chamber for organizing the visit, and especially to Sherri Rinaldi for helping make it such a smooth and engaging experience.
