2026 Women Leaders and Allies

“If you educate a man, you educate an individual. If you educate a woman, you educate a nation.” --African Proverb

The core foundation of any great society is women. Without women there would be no progress. Towards what? I think it has something to do with giving. I think when you gather women together and in a single direction, that direction will eventually be adopted by any society. Burlington women leaders are setting that direction.

Dataforge attended the 2026 Women Leaders and Allies conference in Burlington this week. The theme: Give to Gain.
Give to Gain was focused on leadership generosity and inclusivity by women who have achieved status in their careers and society. The initiative is aimed to support the upcoming generation.

Women are always closer to giving. It is a skill given to them by nature. They understand deeply that real gains and development are made through giving.

The women at this event are a powerful show of the feminine force. There is a thoughtfulness about them a great understanding of what is important and what should take priority in our lives.

Our women show us a small glimpse of the future. A bright future for Burlington.
