Before an upgrade
Before an upgrade we schedule the time with our team, with the customer, and with Jonas when they need to be there. Everyone is on the same page.
"Right before the upgrade, users are locked out of changes. We take a snapshot of the whole Jonas system and a database backup, so we have the applications and the data, and the data on its own. If we have to roll back, that snapshot restores in seconds."
